Raise a Concern

It is our constant endeavour to provide our customers with high standards of service. However, in the unlikely event of our services not meeting your expectations, we would like to hear from you. For speedy resolution of your complaints, it is important that your write to the correct email address as explained below.


Employers


If you are an employer who is using our services or looking to buy our services and if you have any complaints regarding our services, please email your complaints toregdemployer@treton.com.Normally, all complaints are attended to within 1 working day.


Jobseekers


If you are a jobseeker and if you purchased any of our premium services such as Resume Display, Resume Writing Service, Resume Flash or Job Flash and if you have any complaint with relation to the delivery of the service, you can email your complaint or query toresponse@treton.com.All emails received will normally be responded to within 3 working days.



Escalation

If you have already written your complaint and if it is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate your complaint to our Customer Service Head. Please write toresponsehead@treton.comto escalate the complaint and our Customer Service Head will personally look into all such complaints.
